HMS Breakfast Promotion for Students

Food service and the PGH Community Food Bank will sponsor a breakfast promotion at HMS from October 21-25. Every student who participates in the school breakfast program has a chance to win a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card. One lucky HMS student will win a prize each day of the week. Students must participate in the program to be eligible to win the daily prize. Good luck! Enjoy your breakfast!!

"Put a Cap on Drugs"- students and staff are encouraged to wear a hat to school to demonstrate a commitment to be drug-free and choosing positive influences.

During the week of October 21st through the 25th is Red Ribbon Week. During red ribbon week each day has a theme day in which you can take part in and show your commitment to being drug free and choosing positive influences. Starting on Monday, make sure to wear RED! Tuesday is "my future is bright without drugs" - wear neon or bright colored clothing or sunglasses! On Wednesday you can "put a cap on drugs" by wearing a hat to school. On Thursday "be on a drug free team" and wear your favorite team apparel. And last but not least on Friday show that our "school is drug-free" by wearing your purple and white!
